2022 Tournament – August 27-28
Bombers Clinch the 2022 Regular Season!
The annual PPWSL year-end tournament is the league’s masochistic event to squeeze as much softball out of the year as possible. It is a fun-filled, hard fought, two-day tourney that makes it possible for any team in the league, regardless of how they did during the regular season, to rise to the top and claim the tournament title.
The first day consists of a round-robin tournament that ensures all teams get to play even MORE softball; time slots and match-ups are set by regular-season seeding. This all-day event guarantees each team THREE games. This means everyone is EQUALLY exhausted (or energized!) for the next day’s TENSE, single-elimination tourney.
On day TWO, it is dog-eat-dog and teams are picked off one by one until the final championship game at 4:30pm crowns the 2022 PPWSL Tournament Champion.
